We are seeking experienced Mazak Mazatrol Machinists for turning and milling opportunities in Southeast Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Mazak equipment with Mazatrol conversational programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate Mazak turning centers and/or machining centers Program using Mazatrol conversational controls Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments Edit programs at the machine for optimal performance Maintain tooling and establish proper tool offsets Troubleshoot machining issues Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years CNC machining experience Experience with precision measuring tools Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with both turning and milling operations Comfortable working with Large parts Knowledge of live tooling Aerospace or precision manufacturing background
