The Pay and Benefits
Starting salary of $25–$30 per hour depending on experience

Hours and Location
Monday – Friday each week
First shift 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Location: Repair/maintenance shop at our Pueblo, CO hauling site
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
Conduct safety checks on vehicles – safety of every employee and the public is top priority
Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
Assist senior mechanics in completing project work
Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination

Work both inside the garage/shop and outdoors, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity
