Pay and Benefits
Starting salary of $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Stable hours for financial stability
Tool allowance reimbursement up to $2,500

Monday – Friday every week
Stable hours for the financial security and work‑life balance you need
Repair / maintenance shop at our Grand Junction, CO hauling site
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
Conduct safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every single employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority
Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work
Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing
Exposure to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.) often
Exposure to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often
Work both inside garage/shop and outside conditions including inclement weather, heat and humidity
