Overview
TeamGOV is currently seeking a full‑time HVAC Mechanic to support a contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services at the Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, MO.
Work Schedule Monday through Friday: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
Responsibilities • Maintain and troubleshoot large commercial heating and air‑conditioning equipment, including boilers, chillers, hot‑water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Exercise general maintenance knowledge for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Universal EPA or CFC certification required.
Technical training in HVAC highly desired.
Must possess or be able to obtain the N.A.T.E. certification.
Minimum of five (5) years experience working on large commercial HVAC equipment.
