What is Required (Qualifications):
Graduation from a standard senior high school or completion of the GED
Completion of a Legal Assistant Program or Paralegal studies program from a recognized college or university
Minimum of one year of paralegal experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Additional experience in a legal setting beyond the minimum requirement
Familiarity with legal research tools and resources
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
