Assist attorney in preparation of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions; Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for visa types such as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, PERM Labor Certification (ETA-9089), AOS (Adjustment of Status), N-400 Naturalization filings, and family-based Adjustment of Status filings; Manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software; Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues; Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing and RFE Responses; Draft petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification; Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of visa petitions; Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and procedures; Review and approve client billing under supervision of partner or attorney; Work closely in team environment, while building knowledge of firm and client processes; and Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the firm’s workflow. Requirements
Bachelors degree (or equivalent); Preferred 3 years of experience in a professional immigration environment; Demonstrated client service focus; and Excellent oral, writing, research, organizational, and proofreading skills. Closing Date
