Manual Machinist – Precision Meets Opportunity

What You’ll Do
Operate, maintain, and repair manual lathes with expert care.
Fit parts with precision, holding tolerances within .001–.005 inches.
Set up and run multiple machines concurrently—your efficiency matters.
Monitor fixturing and work-holding methods to ensure accuracy and safety.
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height stands.
Keep equipment in top shape through preventative maintenance and daily cleaning.
What You Bring
Proven manual machining experience.
Strong knowledge of manual lathes, mills, and turning centers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence.
A commitment to quality and attention to detail.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Training on day shift for 2–6 weeks, based on experience.
