Position: Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician We’re looking for a versatile, skilled mechanic who can maintain and repair a mixed fleet of:
Heavy‑duty diesel trucks
Light‑duty pickups and service vans
Trailers and tow‑behind equipment
Skid steers, mini‑excavators, and construction equipment
Generators and small engines (as needed)
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines
Perform preventative maintenance and DOT‑level inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Complete brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
Maintain accurate service records
Keep the shop organized, safe, and efficient
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of diesel or fleet mechanic experience
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workflow
Experience with both heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles
Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
Clean driving record
A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment
Someone committed to safety, quality, and personal growth
