Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for craftsmanship? PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking a Custom Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic team!
Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 – $26 / hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and install millwork and wood products according to project specifications
Utilize your strong woodworking skills and attention to detail to work with custom designs and unique finishes
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications to plan and execute custom builds
Fabricate, cut, assemble, and finish millwork products, including cabinetry, furniture, molding, and architectural woodwork
Operate woodworking tools and equipment such as saws, planers, routers, and hand tools
Ensure precision in measurements, joinery, and assembly to meet design intent and quality standards
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other shop staff to solve design and fabrication challenges
Perform on‑site installation of custom millwork as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Strong woodworking skills – 2 years of experience with Finish Carpentry
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications to plan and execute custom builds
Attention to detail and the ability to work with custom designs, unique finishes, and challenging architectural requirements
Proficient in basic trade tools
Steel‑toed boots and protective eyewear are required for safety
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver stairs and ladders
