Job Description

Build landing gear assemblies

Read and interpret Maintenance Manuals

Use Precision Tooling

Communicate and work with other departments

Prepare completed assemblies for crating and shipping

Document work performed

Abide by all quality and safety procedures at all times

Follow instructions per the component maintenance manuals (CMM)

Maintain an organized work space

May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary to meet deadlines

Education and Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of previous mechanical maintenance experience. (Preferred: Previous aircraft technicians and those with landing gear experience will be considered first)

High school diploma or an equivalent

Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking

This position is safety sensitive and adheres to DOT drug and alcohol regulations

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check

Abilities and Skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand for extended periods of time

Arm-hand steadiness

Near vision

Position PPE Requirements
