POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Outfitter Leaderman with at least 5 years of ship or structural fitting experience. The candidate will direct and oversee their workforce to ensure the successful Outfitting components for assigned vessels. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of ship or structural fitting experience SKILLS
Able to interpret standard construction drawings Basic knowledge of fitting specific processes and techniques Familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction Able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors Strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and coordinates related craft activities for assigned workstation Develops, reviews, and maintains maintenance projects or construction plans, schedules, budgets and other essential records as it relates to assigned workstation WHY BOLLINGER?
