The Drafter is responsible for completing specifically assigned drafting projects as assigned by the Product Development Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop floor plans, elevations and construction detail for modular homes using CAD software. Interpret design concepts, specifications and customer requirements into precise technical drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations and company standards. Coordinate with engineering, production and the sales team to resolve design or construction issues. Revise and update plans based on feedback or design changes and maintain organized drawing files and project documentation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software. Knowledge of residential construction, building codes and preferred modular building methods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Motivated self starter. Qualifications
