Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
We are seeking a highly skilled
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to support attorneys in handling complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with title, survey review, and closing processes, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
Conduct title and survey reviews; resolve issues prior to closing.
Coordinate closings, prepare closing binders, and manage post-closing documentation.
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of title, survey, and closing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
