Our firm is seeking a Refrigeration Coordinator/Designer with retail grocery project experience to support the design of mechanical refrigeration systems for supermarkets and similar facilities. This role focuses on the design and documentation of rack refrigeration systems used in grocery stores . The position is responsible for producing high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications, while also supporting ongoing client needs. Key Responsibilities Design and document grocery store rack refrigeration systems Develop construction drawings and specifications using Autodesk Revit Support retail refrigeration projects from concept through construction Collaborate with clients and internal teams Participate in site visits and on-site data collection as needed Required Experience Retail project experience is required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of related experience, or Minimum of 3 years of relevant grocery refrigeration system design experience in lieu of a degree Experience with Autodesk Revit strongly preferred Salary range: $70,000 – $105,000 , depending on experience Potential Relocation Package Full Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401k Matching plans and more!
