Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Your expertise in B2B sales, technical sales, and customer service will be essential in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of CRM software to manage sales pipelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities

Engage with existing customers to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts

Demonstrate product features and technical benefits clearly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs

Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and forecast sales activity

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance lead generation and brand awareness

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Support business development initiatives by identifying market trends and potential areas for expansion

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Experience with telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound calling strategies

Knowledge of technical sales processes and product demonstrations

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in marketing or business development is a plus
