Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify any discrepancies. Ensure timely submission of tax filings to meet deadlines. Stay updated on changes to tax regulations and policies. Collaborate with other team members to address complex tax scenarios. Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes. Requirements: Proven experience in individual tax preparation. Proficiency in using Lacerte Tax software. Strong understanding of current tax laws and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Capable of handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality. Adept at meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certification or relevant qualifications in tax preparation are preferred.
