SONIC Multi-Unit Leader Job Description

As a SONIC Multi-Unit Leader, you will be managing the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins’ employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and conducting management orientation.
Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.
Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties across various stations to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitoring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly.
Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing.
Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions as needed.
Auditing employment and payroll records.
Responding to guest requests and complaints respectfully.
Recruting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.
Approving employee and management compensation levels.
Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial trends.
Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.
Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, with multi-unit supervision required.
Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and accounting skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
