RIDGEVIEW , a not‑for‑profit community mental health center in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a
Residential Assistant . We have three shifts open and need PRN backup.
Monday – 2nd shift (2:45 pm–11:00 pm), Friday – 1st shift (6:45 am–3:00 pm), Friday – 3rd shift (10:45 pm–7:00 am).
Shift differential is available for nights and weekends.
Full training will be provided.
This schedule can be broken up into multiple roles or combined into a single role for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS
High school or GED.
Experience in residential facilities, mental health, or behavioral health preferred.
Valid Tennessee driver’s license and a safe driving record required.
JOB DUTIES This position is primarily responsible for the supervision and safety of all residents in a 10‑bed group home for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Residential assistants offer daily training to each resident on activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and hygiene. RAs distribute medications and ensure that the home is maintained in the manner required by licensure.
