Prep Cook
Crave Nature's Eatery is seeking a reliable, passionate, and detail‑oriented team member to help maintain our high standards in the kitchen. This role includes preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, following recipes, and ensuring all food meets our quality, safety, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare vegetables, grains, proteins, sauces, and other menu items according to recipes.
Assemble bowls, salads, wraps, and catering orders consistently and efficiently.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and sanitation.
Monitor inventory and report shortages or waste to the kitchen manager.
Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff regarding allergens, orders, and prep status.
Help with catering prep and special events as needed.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a fast‑paced kitchen preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.

Commitment to teamwork, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
