JOB OVERVIEW

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization, time management, and retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. On occasion you may also work with products from other companies in the stores you service. SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

Your starting pay will be $15.00-$16.00 depending on skills and experience. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours are between 8-12 hours per week. Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position consists of three major components: Day-to-day engagement:

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisors, report time, and provide feedback. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Holiday support:

Provide additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required to work on the holiday itself. Department resets:

Assist with installations, fixture building, product relocation, and card section resets. Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends. Team support:

Support other team members when needed across territories. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms. Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout the day, climb stairs, and step ladders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age. Read, write, and understand English. Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Operate a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information. Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet. Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores. EMPLOYMENT AND BENEFITS
