Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, title and survey review, and preparation of closing documents.

Coordinate and manage all phases of the loan closing process, from inception to post‑closing.

Review and analyze organizational documents, leases, and other transaction‑related materials.

Liaise with clients, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Maintain and organize transaction files, checklists, and closing binders.

Conduct UCC searches and filings, and assist with other regulatory compliance matters.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, and loan documentation.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high‑volume environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
