Company Seeking Experienced Inside Sales Rep in Arlington, TX Branch.

This position's responsibilities include:
Making five hours a day of outbound calls to potential customers
Training on specific scripted techniques and putting them into practice
Developing new leads
Creating and maintaining your client base
Sourcing parts
Creating quotes and sales orders
Closing sales and achieving quotas
Managing open orders and returns
Qualifications:
2+ years of Inside Sales Experience (prospecting, cold calling, problem solving, communication skills, active listening skills, time-management skills, organizational skills)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to reliably commute to the office daily
Friendly and professional personality for communication with customers, vendors, and peers
Above-average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Logistical mind and follow continuous improvement methodologies
Previous parts/counter parts sales experience is a plus
Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Compensation Structure:
Salary equivalent to $60,000/year during the six month training period, which becomes a draw on commission in month seven. The draw decreases by $10K per month until compensation becomes 100% commission in month thirteen. Commissions are uncapped with paid holidays, health, dental, vision, life insurance available and 401K matching opportunities. Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and a background check. Hours:
Mon to Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Location:
100% onsite in Arlington, TX. Company-wide meetings will be attended in-person, four times a year in either SC, MI or TX. Application Question(s):
