CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Daily Property Adjuster
to manage residential and light commercial property claims in the
Wilmington, NC
region. This field-based role provides steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our dedicated claims team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess storm, wind, and water damage.
Prepare accurate estimates and detailed reports in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners.
Document all findings according to carrier guidelines and industry best practices.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the claims process.
Requirements
Prior property adjusting experience
preferred , not required.
Proficiency in Xactimate (or willingness to learn).
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to perform field inspections, including roof climbs and navigating damaged structures.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic adjusting equipment.
General knowledge of construction or building repairs preferred.
