Position Summary As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, helps educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipe measurement instructions, and maintains food safety standards.
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Be an Owner: Drives performance of the bakery area, ensures quality and date‑control standards, eliminates waste, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the brand by delivering high‑quality service and training associates.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
Completes work assignments and priorities using data, resources, and collaboration.

6 months of experience in Fresh Production Area.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Cake Decorating skills.
