Position Details
Location:
In person in Charleston, SC preferred (remote candidates - must be located in the state of South Carolina - will be considered if they have a strong skillset)
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience; candidates with South Carolina Family Law experience will be given preference
Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience
Benefits:
Health insurance stipend after 90 days of employment

Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home (for remote applicants)

Able to track billable and non-billable time and record time accurately in our case management system

Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met
Conducting legal research and gathering case-related information
Communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
Supporting attorneys in all aspects of family law cases
Effectively managing your correspondence
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience
Familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home
Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Compensation $55,000 - $68,000 yearly
