Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse storage locations based on pick orders.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities against orders.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers as needed.
- Stage picked items accurately for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain organized and efficient pick paths.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to navigate warehouse aisles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
