- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate manual and powered equipment as required for picking and moving products.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Report any picking errors, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a strong advantage.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
