- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order documents.
- Verify product identity, quantity, and condition before picking.
- Consolidate picked items for packing and staging.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Operate pallet jacks and other hand-operated equipment safely.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals for order picking.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
- Support the overall flow of logistics by completing picks accurately and on time.
- Follow all guidelines regarding lifting and material handling.
