Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and efficient Order Pickers for our Phoenix, Arizona fulfillment center. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, responsible for accurately and quickly gathering items to fulfill customer orders. You will navigate the warehouse using pick lists or scanners, select the correct products and quantities, and ensure they are prepared for the next stage of the shipping process. Responsibilities:

• Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or RF scanner directives.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details to ensure zero errors.
• Achieve established productivity targets for order picking.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage during the picking process.
• Transport picked items to the designated packing stations or staging areas.
• Maintain orderliness in picking areas and report any discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
• Participate actively in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Support various warehouse functions to ensure seamless logistics flow.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status or issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and digital instructions accurately.
• Experience using RF scanning technology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Dedication to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.

This position requires physical stamina and precision to ensure efficient logistics. Following safety protocols and using the required PPE are non-negotiable aspects of this role.
