Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Partnerships & Content Strategy team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who’s eager to dive into all aspects of marketing: partnerships, content, campaigns, merchandise, and more.
This person will play a key role in keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and ideas moving from concept to execution. You’ll be integral in helping manage the details that make a fast-moving marketing department run smoothly.
Marketing Campaigns
Support coordination for marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in‑clinic channels
Keep campaign timelines, assets, and approvals organized
Assist with reporting on campaign performance and deadlines
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables stay on track
Merchandise & Collateral
Help manage our branded merchandise program, including the sourcing of garments, coordination of print files, working with vendors, and tracking deliveries
Maintain clinic merchandise inventory and restock as needed
Support creation and updates of printed marketing collateral for clinics and events
Events & Promotions
Assist with in‑person activations and events in the Austin area (representing the brand, distributing collateral, etc.)
Patient & Partnership Support
Assist with patient and partner communications and relationship management
Track deliverables and content exchanges from partnership agreements
Help ensure our team is hitting campaign goals
Maintain and organize partnership reports and updates
Operations & Administration
Schedule meetings, take notes, follow up on action items
Track project progress and communicate when there are blockers or dependencies
Keep marketing calendars, task lists, and shared documents organized
Support ad hoc tasks to help “keep the train running”
Qualifications
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
A natural communicator who’s great at follow‑up and follow‑through
Intuitive: you anticipate needs and take initiative. You are empowered
Strong multitasker who enjoys a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Collaborative and positive attitude
Excited to learn about partnerships, content, brand marketing, and the healthcare space
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, Manychat, etc)
A creative eye for content or branding
Experience in event coordination or merchandise management
$55,000 - $60,000 a year
