Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing communication initiatives including event planning, CRM-driven email campaigns, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, comfortable working cross-functionally, and eager to bring precision and creativity to marketing operations. This role focuses on building automated email workflows, supporting marketing events, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and code email workflows using an ESP
  • Create and manage logic-based email journeys (e.g., user click paths and automation rules)
  • Support event-related marketing communications and deliverables
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Navigate and utilize Figma for design review and asset reference (no design execution required)

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience building and sending emails via an ESP
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation and logic-based journey creation
  • Proficiency with Iterable, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, and Figma (nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in collaborative, kind, and fast-moving teams

This is a 5-6 month contract at 30 hours per week (10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday). Candidates may reside in any U.S. time zone as long as they can align with these working hours. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
