We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our real estate brokerage’s marketing and branding efforts. This role focuses on creating high-quality social media graphics and listing marketing materials that align with our brand and elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands digital marketing visuals, and can execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms (posts, carousels, stories, reels, covers). • Create listing marketing materials, including: • Just Listed / Just Sold graphics • Open house flyers • Property feature sheets • Listing social posts • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (colors, fonts, layouts, tone). • Develop and manage reusable templates (Canva or Adobe) for ongoing use. • Design graphics for email marketing, ads, and promotions related to listings and services. • Create branded marketing assets for agents, buyers, and sellers when needed. • Optimize designs for engagement and clarity (clean layouts, readable text, strong visuals).

Social Media–Specific Responsibilities

• Design weekly or monthly content batches for social media. • Create cohesive Instagram grid layouts and visual themes. • Design reel covers, highlight covers, and story graphics. • Adapt designs for different formats and dimensions. • Collaborate on visual concepts that support marketing goals (engagement, listings, recruiting).

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with the broker/owner to understand branding and marketing goals. • Take creative direction and execute efficiently with minimal revisions. • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Organize and maintain design files for easy access and reuse. • Communicate progress and timelines clearly.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Help refine and elevate the overall brand look and feel. • Ensure all listing and social graphics look professional, modern, and market-ready. • Stay aligned with current social media and real estate marketing trends. • Assist with light design needs for digital products, workshops, or promotional materials (as needed).

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus. • Experience designing for social media and marketing. • Ability to follow brand guidelines and improve visual consistency. • Experience with real estate marketing is a plus (but not required). Qualifications: • 2+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house), with a portfolio of marketing or social media work. • Strong proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus. • Experience designing social media graphics (posts, carousels, stories, reel covers). • Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color consistency. • Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive projects (especially listings). • Strong attention to detail and willingness to revise based on feedback. Compensation: $25,000 - $60,000

Compensation: $25,000-$60,000 per year
