As an Analyst, Strategy & Analytics, you will drive operational impact by delivering data-driven insights and innovation across a variety of initiatives. You will partner with operations leaders to analyze hospitality performance, recommend enhancements, and support decision-making that shapes the guest experience. Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field ~Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling ~ Experience with SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and/or Tableau ~ Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
