You will be based remotely in Germany (preferably in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg) and will work with a cross‑functional team across Europe.

Picture Yourself at Pega You will be a strategic business advisor and innovation catalyst. You’ll excel at identifying and penetrating large organisations, demonstrating how our AI‑led platform creates transformational value. Through hands‑on, experiential selling you’ll guide prospects through our GenAI innovations – including Pega Buddies, Coach and Blueprint – showing them real‑time how their work can be revolutionised through intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do at Pega

Penetrate and maintain relationships within a number of selected accounts in Germany and Austria.

Leverage creative prospecting techniques and AI‑powered insights to break into large organisations and establish executive‑level relationships.

Demonstrate Pega’s agentic AI capabilities through experiential selling, getting prospects hands‑on with our GenAI innovations to accelerate their understanding of transformational value.

Build trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders across target organisations.

Develop and execute territory strategies that maximise new‑business opportunities.

Utilise predictive analytics and AI‑guided selling tools to optimise pipeline development, RFP responses and accelerate deal progression.

Partner with Pega’s ecosystem to create compelling value propositions that resonate with prospects’ specific business challenges.

Who You Are A results‑driven enterprise software sales professional passionate about creating trust and excited by the possibilities of agentic AI. You care about the business outcomes of public‑sector organisations, excel at creative prospecting, and are energized by the challenge of introducing transformational technology to organisations ready for AI‑led innovation.

What You’ve Accomplished

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

Track record of successfully penetrating large organisations and establishing executive relationships in German or Austrian enterprise accounts.

Demonstrated expertise in creative prospecting.

Strong foundation in consultative selling with ability to articulate complex technology value propositions.

Experience with AI‑powered sales tools and modern sales methodologies.

Knowledge of business automation, digital transformation or enterprise software solutions.

Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑performing team environments.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills with C‑level executives. Business fluency and exceptional communication skills in German and English.

Passion for emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and automation.

Collaborative approach with ability to contribute to team innovation and market insights.

Additional Information Base salary range for this role is EUR annually. The role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission and other benefits.

Compensation will be determined during the offer process based on your education, experience, skills and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
