Starling Architecture PLLC seeks an Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to contribute to the conceptual development and execution of high-end residential interiors, with a strong focus on furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
The role emphasizes design thinking and visual storytelling, including the development of interior concepts, palettes, and narratives; selection of furniture, lighting, materials, and decorative elements; and the preparation of presentation drawings, mood boards, and design documentation. The position works closely with project architects from early concept through implementation.

Qualifications
3–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential
Strong design sensibility with an ability to develop cohesive interior concepts
Experience selecting and specifying furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes
Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit a plus
Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
