Search Leaders, LLC
Our client is a specialty engineering firm known for designing and building complex kinetic and mechanized architectural systems. Their work is featured in prominent public and commercial spaces where large moving structures must operate with precision and reliability. Combining mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering under one roof, they provide end-to-end solutions from concept through fabrication and installation. All the while maintaining tight control over quality and performance. Their in‑house manufacturing capabilities and experience with heavy steel systems set them apart in the industry.
Position Responsibilities Our client is seeking a skilled and forward‑thinking Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer with leadership potential to help shape and drive the next generation of large‑scale moving structures. This role offers the opportunity to work hands‑on from early concept through installation, playing a critical role in the development of kinetic systems that are prominent and publicly experienced.
The selected individual will be a technical leader on key projects, engaging in everything from concept development and design validation to fabrication oversight and field commissioning. You’ll work closely with a cross‑functional team, bringing your analytical problem‑solving skills and creative thinking to a wide range of mechanical challenges involving motion, control, and durability.
