Local Social Marketing Specialist

Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Local Social Marketing Specialist.

This is a 12-month onsite contract. Candidates must be based in Dallas, authorized to work in the U.S., and not hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is $40; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.

Brand
  • Partner with Client's Marketing Manager to implement the broader Live Experience vision and marketing goals.
  • Craft ongoing competitive social analysis to understand the experiential landscape and identify the biggest areas of opportunity and unique selling points for the Client on social.
  • Partner with cross-functional channels such as Paid Social, Growth Marketing, Comms, and Brand Creative for creative development and distribution of content beyond organic social.
  • Support key milestones and work back with cross-functional stakeholders in a timely manner for strategic alignment and creative input.
  • Perform ongoing reporting, analysis, and fan social listening, sharing recaps and recommended optimizations with broader teams as needed.
Local Programming Support
  • Oversee local-specific social creative and tone of voice to ensure accuracy and relevancy for respective markets.
  • Partner with Ops and Local Marketing Specialists to support on-site always-on programming, activations, and events.
  • Attend and cover community days, soft openings, always-on programming, events, and tentpole activations.
  • Capture, edit, and produce visually compelling and narrative-driven social content from the Client for quick-turn social use.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground point of contact for local creators and VIPs.
  • Embed into local partnerships, mall, and community workflows to influence social opportunities and considerations during the planning phases.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in entertainment, events, theme parks, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong visual sensibility and experience with photo/video capture and editing (using a phone or camera).
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a knack for engaging online communities.
  • Based in Dallas and able to work on-site at client's location
