Responsibilities

• Manage the store backroom by receiving products into the POS system
• Keep products organized, accurately counted, and accounted for
• Process weekly pallets and identify any damaged or defective items
• Report damaged goods back to the Fulfillment Center and to the Inventory Control Team
• Provide customers with a great experience by maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering in?depth information on features and benefits

Aim For The Podium

• Maintain accurate inventory, proper placement, and display of merchandise, and complete price updates
• Hit daily, weekly, monthly sales goals
• Maintain store presentation and backroom standards, including housekeeping and merchandising
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and marketing announcements

Take Risks; Wear a Helmet

• Encourage creativity and try new ideas while following the planogram
• Use the planogram to properly display monthly sales and explore new concepts
• Prepare well for attempts that may not always succeed
