As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will provide every customer with a great experience, maintaining strong product knowledge and giving in‑depth information on product features and benefits.

Responsibilities • Receive products into the POS system, organize the backroom, and inventory weekly pallets.
• Process damaged or defective items and report to the Inventory Control Team.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service with extensive product knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to stay current on product knowledge and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
Entry level experience in retail or receiving operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with both receiving and selling shifts.
Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management preferred.
Positive attitude, creativity, and a commitment to safety and quality.
