What We’re Looking For/Requirements:
Proven sales experience (home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through from lead to close
Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand each client’s storage challenges and design goals
Present tailored design options, materials, and finishes that align with the client’s needs and budget
Partner with the installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed expectations
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Actively build and nurture your own network of prospective clients through local outreach, referrals, and community engagement to drive new business
