About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our aviation maintenance and safety department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the mechanical integrity and airworthiness of aircraft and related systems.
Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft mechanical systems, including engines, landing gear, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Perform detailed examinations of aircraft components and structures to identify any defects, wear, or damage
Utilize advanced inspection tools and techniques to assess the condition of mechanical parts and systems
Analyze inspection results and prepare comprehensive reports on findings
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address identified issues and ensure timely repairs
Stay up-to-date with the latest aviation regulations, standards, and inspection procedures
Maintain accurate records of all inspections and contribute to the organization's quality assurance processes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness
Communicate inspection results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical inspection, preferably in the Airport or Aviation industry
In-depth knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and components
Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols and quality assurance processes
Proficiency in using computer-based inspection systems and software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
Physical ability to perform inspections in various positions and environments
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all aspects of work
