Stellenbeschreibung

We accompany a public sector client in the development of a new software solution, providing IT expertise, change management and education & knowledge management.

You assist the account‑leadership team with controlling topics.

Additionally you prepare formats such as workshops and town halls for the project team members of the account.

Furthermore, you support the individual sub‑project teams in selected task packages as needed.

Qualifikationen

You are currently in an advanced bachelor or master study in business administration, economics, political science, economic psychology or a comparable field.

You already have first experiences in transformation projects, controlling support, change management or education & knowledge management.

You enjoy controlling topics and working with Microsoft Excel – you can use Excel confidently.

You are reliable, meticulous, curious and team‑oriented.

Excellent German (C1) and good English skills complete your profile.
