Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Fulfillment professional for Pensacola operations to manage supply chain activities ensuring on-time delivery and process improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Fulfillment for Pensacola operations
Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop and with 98%+ on-time to the final customer expectations
Partner with the Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to ensure the master production plan can be fulfilled by the supply chain team
Implement standard work tools for the fulfillment team
Drive problem solving culture with local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issues
Support and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost-out programs and other strategic initiatives
Manage Regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on‑hand supply to drive improvement
Own regional ECO cut‑in changes while collaborating with the Master Scheduler
Collaborate with Regional teams to identify total system and process gaps to delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillment
Manage / Lead a team of lead professionals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain experience
Proven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environment
Thorough understanding of business processes with special focus to Supply Chain
Proven problem‑solving skills, data oriented and systematic skills
Oracle ERP Experience
Ability and flexibility to travel as job requires
Desired Characteristics
Broad understanding of business processes including material planning, material purchasing, inventory and S&OP
Six Sigma and Lean Proficiency
Ability to work horizontally across different business processes, functions and geographies
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
Pay range: $149,400.00 – $248,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
