We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Pricing Analyst
in our West Caldwell, NJ, location.
Description: Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, WATSCO, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant, Payne, and Gree brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has over 150 locations throughout 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with over 1600 employees ready to serve and provide the best products with best-in-class customer service. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst who will be based out of our office located in West Caldwell, NJ. Position is hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
Creating detailed reports outlining the company’s current performance, goals, resources, and performance gaps
Utilize business intelligence tools and Price f(x) to analyze pricing data and support leadership.
Sell-Side Price Loading & Maintenance:
Monitor and report pending Expirations for Customer Sell-Side prices.
New Customer adds and customer classification to proper pricing structure.
Execute and load new pricing for supplier increases.
Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing strategy, profitability, goals, and expectations, and provide data and pricing experience to answer questions and resolve pricing discrepancies.
Research and analyze pricing to identify potential opportunities to maximize profitability.
Planning and monitoring performance/resources
Analyze information and develop effective solutions.
Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and task and time management skills
Improving current system practices
Assist with claiming and other pricing tasks as needed.
