Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients in obtaining suitable loan products, reviewing loan applications, assessing clients' financial information, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The Loan Officer will provide exceptional customer service, guide applicants through the loan process, and work closely with the underwriting and finance teams to streamline loan origination.
Qualifications
Experience in loan origination and expertise as a Loan Officer
Knowledge in finance and underwriting processes
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
Proficiency in relevant software and loan management tools is advantageous
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking and finance is a plus
