Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of cost structures, market dynamics, and customer segmentation to support pricing strategies
Develop, refine, and maintain pricing models to drive long‑term financial performance
Perform margin analysis and impact modeling to forecast profitability
Monitor contract compliance and pricing performance, recommending adjustments as needed
Prepare and deliver pricing reports, guidelines, and performance insights
Track market trends and competitive dynamics to inform pricing decisions
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Support regional and supply chain pricing best practices to improve operational efficiency
Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, including the CEO
Contribute analytical insight to portfolio growth and market expansion initiatives
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting findings to cross‑functional and executive audiences
Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach
Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, sales, and operational teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or a related role
Experience in Big 4, logistics, supply chain, or a corporate environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
