This is a Territory Manager (Practice Development Consultant) role in Tennessee and Kentucky where you’ll be responsible for territory planning, solicitation and ongoing relationship of physicians, staff, and other healthcare personnel, and revenue generation through the sale of Sonex Health products and services. What You’ll Do
Manage account and assists in long-term and short-term strategies Partner with APDC to lead business plan Generate, grow and maintain new business Organizational Support--Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization’s goals and values Develop quarterly & annual territory plans, goals, and objectives that align with company’s direct sales strategy Meet or exceed quota Complete all required Sonex Health training and provide market intelligence Represent Sonex Health at national and regional trade shows Identify qualified physicians/physician practices and gain commitment for Sonex Health training programs. Prepare and provide accurate healthcare economic information and support. Coordinate reimbursement training and provide ongoing support Oversee and support physician and staff through completion of Sonex Health training programs. Deliver quarterly business reviews with all existing customer practices. Execute practice optimization and community outreach education programs with qualified customers. Maintain detailed customer records utilizing Sonex Health’s CRM platform. Compliance with all corporate policy and quality system requirements. Accurate and on time completion of all administrative requirements. Expected to onboard at least 2 new physicians Professional appearance and conduct. Travel requirement is 70%+ What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 3+ years medical device sales in operating room, office, and capital sales Demonstrated start up, selling game changing technology, vision and value selling Broad knowledge of market and able to drive overall company strategy Strategic Thinking--Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization’s strengths & weaknesses; Analyzes market and competition; Identifies external threats and opportunities; Adapts strategy to changing conditions. Reimbursement and healthcare economic support Practice and market development program execution Must have outstanding integrity, character, and trustworthiness; demonstrated evidence of leadership, creativity, flexibility, determination, perseverance, and excellent communication Team player, strategic thinker, with strong planning and organizational skills Prioritization, problem solving, and decision making a must Strong presentation skills, proven ability to influence and persuade Location
Candidates preferred based in Nashville; Will consider Lexington or Louisville. The territory consists of Tennessee and Kentucky. Travel required. Perks of the Job
Compensation:
$90K base $120K variable ($30K per quarter) $210K at plan, uncapped. Other Benefits:
Each new hire (all roles) will be on a 90 day compensation guarantee. All expenses reimbursed, flexible policy, expensed through concur Full health benefits Sonex matches 401K funding up to 2%.
