The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive school magazine aligning with the schoolâ€s strategic goalsBrainstorm, research, and propose compelling story ideas that highlight student success, faculty achievements, school programs, alumni news, community engagement, and school historyWork closely with the Mustang Reporter to adhere to the schoolâ€s brand and voiceWrite, edit, and proofread all magazine content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctnessOversee photo selection, captioning, and image rightsCreate high-quality visual contentManage production schedules, deadlines, and deliverables for all MPS officesWork with the Communication Committee to review content, progress, and address feedbackQualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
