We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in diesel mechanics to ensure all tractors and trailers are inspected, repaired, and maintained in accordance with DOT/FMCSA standards. Inspect, diagnose, and repair oilfield equipment, including tractors and trailers Perform maintenance and repairs on chassis, engines, and Cummins systems Conduct engine and fuel diagnostics using E.S.A and Cummins diagnostic tools Work on D.E.F and SCR systems, sensors, and injectors Perform annual inspections and ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities Ensure all work complies with DOT/FMCSA standards and safety regulations Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational deadlines Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status and repairs Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine systems, including D.E.F, SCR, sensors, and injectors Proficiency in engine diagnostics and repair, particularly with Cummins engines Strong understanding of Federal and State DOT regulations, especially FMCSA standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on heavy‑duty equipment reliably and efficiently We foster a safety‑first culture and are committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
