Job Description As an HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant A successful HRBP should have:
A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices within the FMCG industry.
Proven ability to manage employee relations and provide strategic HR solutions.
Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and implement improvements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
